Thomas married Ann MERIWETHER daughter of Nicholas MERIWETHER and Elizabeth CRAWFORD. Ann was born on 16 Jul 1694 in Goochland County, Virginia. She died in Mar 1785 in Louisa County, Virginia.

Nicholas married Mary Hastings MARKS daughter of James MARKS and Elizabeth HARVIE. Mary was born on 28 Feb 1775. She died in 1815.

. Lucy Thornton JOHNSON (Nicholas , Thomas , Nicholas , Thomas , Richard ) was born on 26 Feb 1799 in Louisa County, Virginia. She died in 1827.

Lucy married Col. John GILMER son of Thomas Meriwether GILMER and Elizabeth LEWIS. Col. was born in 1792. He died in 1860 in Columbus, Mississippi.

They had the following children:

  28 F i Mary Julia GILMER.
  29 F ii Gabriella GILMER.
  30 M iii Thomas GILMER.

  32 M v Nicholas Johnson GILMER was born in 1822. He died in 1866.
